Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if the most recent four-week period US off-premise bourbon dollar sales figure published by Circana or NielsenIQ during May 2026 shows a year-over-year decline. Resolves NO if dollar sales are flat or up, or no such figure publishes during the window.
