Resolves YES if the TTB Public COLA Registry shows at least one approved label between May 1 and May 31, 2026 (approval date) that combines an agave spirit base (tequila, mezcal, sotol, raicilla, or bacanora) with a stated hemp-derived THC ingredient. Resolves NO otherwise.
