Will the TTB COLA database log at least one agave-spirit-based ready-to-drink with a hemp-derived THC formulation as approved between May 1 and May 31, 2026?
The convergence trade. Agave growth meets the THC RTD wave. The TTB COLA database is the cleanest public-record check for whether brands are willing to file these.

Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if the TTB Public COLA Registry shows at least one approved label between May 1 and May 31, 2026 (approval date) that combines an agave spirit base (tequila, mezcal, sotol, raicilla, or bacanora) with a stated hemp-derived THC ingredient. Resolves NO otherwise.
