No. Liquor Bets is not real-money gambling. It is a free, points-based prediction market for the spirits and bar industry. There is no money in, no money out, and no card required to play. The platform exists to give the hospitality industry a public scoreboard for forecasting calibration. You earn points by being accurate, ranked by Brier score across resolved markets. We do not run markets on whether a specific bar will fail or fold. We bet on the industry's wins, not its losses. Awards, M&A, legislation, openings, and the questions trade press will resolve cleanly are fair game. Closures and failures are not.
