Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if any US state legislature passes (full chamber vote in both houses) any bill that materially modifies its three-tier alcohol distribution system between May 1 and May 31, 2026. Reform includes self-distribution expansion, direct-to-consumer changes, or franchise law amendments. Resolves NO if no such bill passes both chambers in the window.
