Resolves YES if the 2026 Spirited Awards Top 10 list for Best US Cocktail Bar, as published by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, includes at least one venue with a Brooklyn (NY) address. Resolves NO otherwise. Verified against the official TOTCF announcement.
