M&A·Closes in 120d

Will Brown-Forman or Pernod Ricard publicly engage in new merger or major-acquisition talks before September 1, 2026?

The April 28 collapse of Pernod-Brown-Forman merger talks left both companies under pressure to show shareholders a strategic answer. Both have boards, bankers, and an industry actively reshuffling around them. This market is a clean read on whether either company puts a new dance partner on the table within roughly 120 days of the failed deal, in any direction (acquirer or target).
