Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if any winner during a televised acceptance speech verbally references drinking, a bar/club, a toast, or names a specific spirit, beer, or wine brand. Verified from the broadcast or any official Billboard / network clip posted within 7 days of the show. Resolves NO otherwise.
